Axiom Architects were commissioned to design a new-build 137 bedroom Premier Inn hotel in the Royal Borough of Kingston.
Tolworth is on the future Cross-Rail 2 line and has been identified as a key area of change and development for the borough.
Due to it's sensitive location, our approach was to design a building of high architectural merit, using quality materials.
The building forms a T-Shape with five stories to the rear and eight stories to the front.
The façade forms a composition with striking elevations, expressed by the full height windows and copper panels with key architectural features comprising a deep brick reveal throughout the building.
