Construction of family pub restaurant having rotisserie offering with landscaped areas to provide external dining and car parking and access to meet operational requirements within agreed development budget.
We worked with the D&B team from inception to completion, coordinating client subcontractors and managing client changes during the development process.
An example of a 20th Century take on a traditional public house for Marston's PLC in line with the realignment of their building estate portfolio. The speed of turnkey development, assisted by Axiom Architects' role in Carter Lauren’s D&B team allowed the efficient transition of a field to a successfully trading pub restaurant in under two years.
