Lazari Investments Limited commissioned Axiom Architects to design and build a 90 bed Premier Inn hotel development within the grounds of their existing Grange office development.
The hotel's strong external appearance draws upon the historical, industrial and well preserved qualities surrounding Southgate tube station through a combinationof simple but powerful forms including elegant and robust detailing, reminiscent of Southgate’s former years.
We have referenced the neighbouring residential and community buildings to generate a fresh materials palette that ensures a coherent, extended built environment.
