Whilst working for the Property Service Agency, Richard studied at Croydon College of Arts & Technology and upon completion of his technical studies left to join an established building contractor working within their design & build section on a variety of projects across southern England.

In 1994 Richard joined Axiom Architects and has progressively gained greater responsibilities within the practice culminating in his appointment as a Partner in April 2009.

Time permitting, Richard enjoys being out on the golf course and is currently the Hon Secretary of a Sussex based construction golf society.
